You will be part of our business area Compliance & Management, where we support an effective transition to digital, sustainable, and secure solutions through expertise in areas such as quality, safety, sustainability, and project management.

Job Responsibilities You will be involved in new and renovation projects within pharmaceuticals, where you will be responsible for the construction aspect. You will drive the projects together with our clients, either on-site at their facilities or in our own deliveries. The projects will vary in complexity and scope, which means you will need to utilize all your skills, both technical and relational, to ensure that the project is completed according to schedule and budget. The role will include:

  • Leading construction projects, both new builds and renovations or similar within the pharmaceutical industry

  • Being responsible for the project's budget, schedule, and quality

  • Leading the work in your sub-project and reporting to a main project manager

  • Managing project stakeholders and risks

  • Motivating and engaging your project members

Qualifications We are looking for someone with an interest in technology and complex projects. You are self-driven, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in leading and engaging others. You also have:

  • Experience working as a construction project manager or sub-project manager for new or renovation projects within Life Science, where your role included budget responsibility and reporting to a main project manager or steering group

  • Engineering education or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., civil engineering, construction engineering, industrial economics, or similar)

  • Experience with project management tools

  • BAS-P/BAS-U training or equivalent competence in work environment coordination.

  • Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage various stakeholders

  • Fluent in Swedish and English

Practical Information This is a permanent position with a six-month probation period, based at our office in Södertälje, Storgatan 41C. Travel may be required to our clients. Start date is according to agreement.
